How do you access our Xero data?

To set up the dashboard, you will add us as a user in your Xero account so we can configure and connect the Designed For Results Xero app to your business. We use that access during the build and testing period to make sure the right data is flowing through and the dashboard is reporting correctly. Once everything is live and confirmed, you can remove our user access to Xero. The connection between your Xero account and the dashboard will continue to work.

How long does it take to build?

Generally about 3-4 weeks, but ultimately, It depends on how much shaping your numbers need. Once we have seen the Xero file and talked through what you want to watch, we will give you a target date.

What happens if the business changes?

The dashboard changes with it. Every view is built around the way your business earns and spends, so when that changes the dashboard gets adjusted rather than rebuilt. What you need to watch in a year is rarely what you are watching now.

Do I need to understand accounting to use it?

No, and that is the point of it. Xero is built for the people who work in the accounts. This is built for the person making the decision, so the views answer business questions rather than accounting ones.
